Farit Yalalov

Professor Farit Yalalov — full-fledged member of Petrovskaya Academy of Sciences and Arts, Dr. Sc. (Pedagogy), Rector of Nizhnekamsk Municipal Institute, head of UNESCO Department in Nizhnekamsk Municipal Institute «Theory of Education in a Polycultural Society».

In the early 90-s he developed «The Concept of ethnic gymnasium education» which was approved by Ministry of Education in Tatarstan. Ethnic educational institutes in five republics in Volga Region are currently implementing «Cultural-logical model of ethnic gymnasium education» developed by F. Yalalov. He is the head of the UNESCO project «Ethno-didactics of peoples in Russia» since 2002; he is a permanent participant of pedagogic net UNESCO «Pedagogical education: multicultural dialogue» since 2007.

Scientific interests: theory of education in a polycultural society, activity and compensatory theory; professional multidimensionality, multidimensional competence.
