Professor Krystyna M Błeszyńska, professor at the College of Humanities, Warsaw University of Life Science, Poland.

Born in Poland , lives in Poland and California . Graduate of Warsaw University; Ph.D and habilitation in Humanities from Warsaw University. Graduate from the School for Human Rights at the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights. Current position: professor at the College of Humanities , Warsaw University of Life Sciences, where is the head of programs on Intercultural Education. Visiting professor and researcher at Tübingen, Utrecht and Amsterdam universities in Europe as well as University of Illinois, St. John’s University, Stanford University and UC Berkeley in the USA . Research fellow of Kosciuszko Foundation. Author of numerous publications in Polish and English language. Founder and the first director of the first Polish complex counseling center for immigrants and refugees.

Areas of interest: Intercultural and Global Education, Peace Education, multicultural societies, ethnic, religious and national identities, social inclusion of immigrants and refugees.
